To be fair the local people make this pub one of the best in Burnley but unfortunately you may have to wait a bit of time for service sometimes, which I think is unessary and doesn't comply with company rules.

Been a few times now in the last couple of months and every time has been great.

I came in with two friends and we got seated straight away. So, we were sat down just minding our own business when two colleagues were sat at a table in the same section as us. They were sat eating and then just kept burping and it was really disturbing and off putting. They didnt even say excuse me when they knew that customers were sat near them. They even admitted the pepsi that is sold was flat and that they would never buy it whilst they could see that we all had purchased a pepsi. The service was okay but the food came out quite slowly but the rest of the staff were very nice and polite. I order one of the flatbreads and it was okay but the chicken was very hard and not very edible. But my two friends ordered a steak each and they said that they were very good.

Food turned up really quick by the however one meal didn?t end up turning until we all ate our meals one of the meals we orders was a fish and chips ordered with bread and butter no tartar sauce came or the bread and butter.the burger look dry and overcooked. Also ordered a chicken flatbread with only came with 2 pieces of chicken
