This afternoon I went in to The perfume shop in Burnley. I am a regular customer and never have had any issues. However this time I was very disappointed with the service, I was not given the full service I had paid for and the assistant who was a short chubby man decided to add few things on which I had not asked for. When I saw my receipt when I left I noticed I paid for things I had not asked for. My issue was dealt with very poor attitude from both the assistant at the shop this afternoon. I will definitely will be addressing this issue with the store manager. Very disappointed ??

Went to the store on mother's day and there was a fat guy who didn't serve us. I asked him twice to get his manager but he refused. I was particularly interested in a perfume and he stood there not helping, didn't make eye contact, didn't help and simply waited for me to leave. Terrible customer service that young needs to go on a customer service training day. In the end I went to superdrug and got the perfume I wanted.

Customer service was very bad I was feeling unwell so I took a seat a woman asked me to not sit there then when I stood up came through and took the seat out of sight,she did not smile once throughout the whole service
