Tonight's food and service were outstanding as always. Charlene was amazing, friendly and went above and beyond surprising our friend with a little dessert for her birthday (without us asking) Highly recommendthis lovely place, food is always great, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. So glad to see it always busy.

Visited The Palazzo restaurant for a family meal what can I say the building and decor is impressive to say the least but it's not all about show the food and service was fantastic I had tomato and chilli garlic bread from the woodfired pizza oven and then Tom's Bassato /braised beef, which was perfect you've got to go it's a fantastic restaurant

If i could give this place 0 stars , i would. The 4.4 rating this place has is awful. This restaurant is filled with negative energy, tipped the waiter and he wasn?t even grateful , no thank you or anything. The service is atrocious and the waiters are the most nonchalant, rude people ive ever met. The colzone we ordered was so overcooked that you couldn?t even cut into it . You come to dine at a restaurant expecting to be treated with respect but this place is no where near showing respect. I never leave reviews but this time I really had to because i want to make sure everyone reads this and gets some sort of idea what kind of place this is. Would never visit here ever again. Surprised this place is still up and running.

An excellent Christmas Eve meal with my mum, the food was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive and they had an excellent range of alcohol free drinks, the best I've seen in my four years of sobriety, it made all the difference to me - thank you!

We went to the restaurant on Saturday 21st December when restaurants can be under pressure. We had opted for the Christmas menu. Some restaurants have a limited choice for such menus, but this was excellent. I would recommend the blade of beef as a main course , it was cooked to perfection.
In spite of being busy, the service was excellent, and the staff were attentive.
The general atmosphere was very good, but also due to many of the customers having been to the Burnley match, which they had won!
We always feel comfortable in what is a beautiful building. Thank you for making our visit a very enjoyable one and reasonably priced for the time of year.

Fantastic service, great bar area and food is always excellent. Really highly recommend the Pizza which is cooked to perfection in a beautiful wood fired oven. Cocktails are superb as well, just don?t have too many!! Live music really adds to a great night.
