I live locally and never knew that the street parking outside which looks identical to on street council parking is actually run by the hotel. Parked up to drop something off at local shop. Got the shock of my life as a male THUMPED on my car window. Demanding I move my car as it was "touching" a white line. At no point did he identify himself as a "parking warden" he then demanded to know how long I was staying and kept telling me to move my car. Even standing beside the car which made parking up dangerous. Manners were clearly left behind that morning!If this is a Private car park it needs to be marked as such. No signs anywhere just a grumpy chap demanding money off people. If anything this service will drive away local businesses from the town.Don't know what the hotels like but hope the service inside is better than the first experience you get when parking up.... 1st impressions count and this guy was rude, aggressive and nothing more than a bully.

Way more money than it's worth, people's hair allover bed and sink like the place hadn't been cleaned from last person and don't even get me started on how dirty the radiator was... Not to mention the staff just seemed like really dodgy people.

This is a hotel for a day or two, not a place to live where you were pushed into this dubka where there is no elevator and the toilets didn't work and you couldn't cook.

It was a budget hotel. Central burnley. Undergoing a refurb. My room was clean tidy and very comfortable brand new bed. Staff were brilliant. Made me a cappucino as soon as i arrived. Fabulous welcome from Tony on reception. Escorted me to my room. Which is old school portering.If your after clean comfy budget. This is exactly what your looking for.

The couple who run this hotel have to be commended it's basic at the moment but they have a vision and they will go out of their way to give you a great experience
