Guys at the store are great, good price and good communication. However, the installation lets it down big time and the reason for 2 stars. I bought an electric hob to replace a gas hob in a new build. I got a price for it fitted by the stores contractors. The contractor then said he needed an electrician and possibly a new link, which would have meant removing floorboards, running wires etc. As it was a new build there was absolutely no reason for this or any reason it couldn't be connected to the existing 9kw cooker link. The cooker went in to a standard plug. This was verified by the site electrician and my own. I understand a Gas Safe person needs to disconnect the old gas cooker but at the time of buying I wasn't told I needed a full construction crew in, which came at a price that was far in exess of the quote. A bit odd sending someone for £80 who isn't an electrician to fit an electric hob then charge me extra to bring one in to actually have it fitted. Anyway not one to be ripped off, I got my own tradesman to do it, signed off and working. Took less than 30mins, which included a brew for him and job done. It was a very simple process and if it wasn't for regulations an average diy person could have done it. If you want an appliance and not fitted these guys are ok. But if you do want fitting included then shop around

I had the best customer experience without leaving my home. I rang up for a new washing machine and a quick delivery as my machine had blown. I described the machine I had , size of the one I had etc and got a call back in less than an hour with options. I had my new machine delivered the very next day, installed and old machine removed by them. No messing about, no fuss and lovely staff. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

Ordered a machine from Amazon from this company on Thursday 19th due to be delivered Tuesday 24th. Now been told it won't be delivered until Thursday 26th although The Appliance Store are advertising free delivery on 25th through Amazon. A phone call to the company blamed Amazon so wasn't really much use. One cancelled order!

Ordered a washing machine via Amazon. Two days later at 8am the machine arrived. The two delivering it took the old built-in machine out, installed and tested the new one. Left the whole area clean and tidy. From beginning to end a seemless experience.

It?s absolute mess!I bought a fridge freezer from Amazon using this store , Showing next day delivery but waited 15 days and I decided to get a refund but the operator refused to issue the refund.Never buy from this store againAO is much better store

Unfortunately we are unable to give a minus rating. My wife ordered an oven and waited over three months for delivery only to be told it was entirely the wrong colour. We then went to the store having given them time to reorder only to find out nothing had been done. My wife then told the staff member who was dealing with the order it had taken her no more than ten minutes to find a replacement that was due for delivery in seven to ten days. She was then told by this person in a very sarcastic manner ?good luck with that?. I am delighted to say that what took the appipliance store over three months to get the wrong item has taken the new supplier Donaghy Bros THREE DAYS to deliver the oven and it?s exactly what we wanted in the first place.

Placed an order through Amazon on the 20th of March to be told on the delivery day that it is delayed. So six days to sort it out and still it?s delayed. I won?t be buying from this company in the future
