My sister went to get her eyebrows done at superdrug burnley paid £14 for face package, the lady with scarf not only ruined her eyebrows but didnt do the package because she had acne. And when i tried to explain to her that youve missed hairs from her eyebrow she started telling me she cant do it as she has acne and doesnt have much eye brow and kept emphasising on acne and started to tell me im making my sister feel uncomfortable when she has ruined her eyebrow and commented several times on her acne. When i explained the same thing to different staff member she understood my point and could see how badly the eyebrow were missed and assisted her and gave full refund. 5star for other staff who were able to understand and help offered refund. And 0 star for lady who does threading at burnley superdrug.

Come here a lot during my time in college and the staff are always so friendly and helpful if I need to look for a product!

Me and my boyfriend came in today as he wanted to find an aftershave we had been looking for, for a while. A lovely lady with blonde hair called Laura helped us out so so much, was so patient with us and let us try as many as we wanted without batting an eye. She was so polite, friendly, and just overall an amazing help. Burnley superdrug genuinely have a brilliant worker on their hands, so thankful for all her help today! ??

Absolutely love it. I got some Elf cosmetic products and there were good offers on almost everything. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Bad company practices on returning products. Unwilling to demonstrate basic goodwill and refund products that don't do as advertised, with a fairly stuck up attitude to boot. I will avoid SuperDrug from now on. Some horrible staff as well. Overheard one of them making fun of me to the manager. Clearly some of their staff are in the wrong job. The main lady behind the counter was polite enough and did her best to help. The manager was polite enough, but again, unwilling to demonstrate a gesture of goodwill and refund the cost of the products which don't do as they say on the tin.
