! member of staff serving and had to wait a long time before i was acknowledged and served as she was pre-occupied doing a just eat order. All while staff laughing a joking in the back kitchen. Eventually had to ask if someone could serve.
Can someone also give the door handle and frames a good clean it's filthy!

Sorry to say, but this last visit was terrible, I asked for cheese on my sandwich but no sliced cheese on the counter and when I asked if they had any out back the reply was an obnoxious NO !
all we have is grated !! Which in my personal opinion is very a very poor substitute.
Also, there was no cookies on display and when I asked if they had any i got a rude TUT then he summoned all his energy and found some.
Very disappointed in the service this time .
Also the man that served me with the food had a large beard and NOT wearing a snood, which is a hygiene requirement !

The staff is very qualified, professional and friendly. I come from time to time to buy cookies there because I find them excellent and I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you to the entire team of this Subway!

Terrible service. Ordered for collection and arrived 10 minutes after it was due to be ready, but they didn?t even start making it until I arrived. They started putting the wrong ingredients in one of the sandwiches so and i told them and they picked the ingredients out. Then they forgot one of my sides so I had to tell them that too. Horrendous service, unable to make a simple order. Also all the staff had long hair and noone was wearing a hair net. I don?t know if theyre supposed to but it seems unhygienic not to.

Visited late morning Sunday 19th May. The girl was serving on her own, with a sudden rush of many customers with multiple complex orders. She handled orders smoothly, methodically, and with a calm and happy nature. Service with a smile and efficient. Our family all agreed that we had the best subs yet (we usually visit other branches). She is an asset to your branch.

floor was full of crumbs and grime...dont think its ever seen a brush or mop.. tables unclean. dirty behind counter.Bread hard... hot choc not dissolved in the cup. my last visit ever to subway awful

Service is absolutely poor! Waited atleast 25 minutes to get my sandwich and still walked out without getting it! Queue halfway to the door. They don?t prioritise customers at all. Rather the Just Eat orders. They don?t change gloves if you ask for a veggie option - you have to ask them too. The workers are not assigned to a specific task - everyone is all over the place. Absolutely appalling service!! Wouldn?t hurt to smile at your customers!!

Just placed an order through JustEat for 7 people. It all came in one big bag without anything labelled. We had to open all the parcels to see what they were.
We were also missing 2 drinks and parts of the sandwiches.
My Tuna Kahuna was soggy and wet.
Definitely the worse Subway I have ever had.

Great quality good tasting food. Service is poor as in the waiting time not at a peak hour there was only one employee making food there were at least 8 people in the spot waiting for one person to make the food. Waited almost 20 minutes to make my order + making time. But food is amazing I love it . Subway
