Just taken 94 Yr old father for covid jab ...all booked on line. After getting him up and ready for the jab and taking him there - no vaccine !!! Poor customer care.

Each time i call to enquire i get somebody answering and putting the phone down, this is terrible and they need to review whoever is working there!!
