Superb & highly recommended! Easy on-line booking, superbly friendly service from the moment I entered the store until I left; comprehensive eye test by an optician that took the time to carefully explain everything to me and and an excellent choice of spectacle frames to choose from. Great!

In the morning we open them wide,At bedtime we close them real tight.Our eyes are the windows of hope, day by day they help us to cope.With all things bright and so new,And things still unseen so true.But as time goes by and you squint at the sky, and words get harder to read.Its time to seek advice and glasses you may need.So do yourself some favours and pop down to Specsavers,and frame both your eyes, just like you would frame fine art.Your met with a smile and seen in a short while.All the staff are friendly and give you respect; your eyes are so precious so please don?t neglect.So I thank you Specsavers for all that you do, my vision is now clear, and I can see things that are new...Written by Mark Gornall. 12/11/2023

The optician I saw was very good and helpful. The staff were all very polite and explained which glasses were good for my lenses and which frames I shouldn't get.

I had my ears tested two weeks ago by a fabulous audiologist, I already have hearing problems and I just needed an up to date test. The young woman put me at rest, and explained things to me.Followed by new aids.Couldn't fault her.

Went to specsavers burnley with a problem with my eye ,I was given an appointment only an hour later and from start to finish the staff were excellent . They diagnosed the problem promptly and explained exactly what was wrong .First class service well done to all staff.
