Impossible to do any sort of meaningful/vital banking during lockdown in May 2020. Turned away by unhelpful staff who appeared scared to even open the door to the branch. Manager came across as very condescending. Ridiculous. Accounts now closed and money moved elsewhere.*Edit*Company response below way too late. I complained at the time to head office and my complaint was then mixed up with that of another customer. Just a farce.
