This is outrageous! How can people like this be hired?
First, I waited by the checkout for a good five minutes, even though the cashier was standing just two meters away, deeply engaged in a conversation.
When she finally came to the register, she treated me like I was invisible. Without saying a word, she scanned the bag, didn?t even remove the stuffing from it, and
before I could put my card away, she was already back chatting happily with her colleague.
I worked in retail for many years, and this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.

The young girl that served me today was so rude maybe because I had to interrupt her conversation with another member of staff regarding her social life. The tag was missing from the jeans did try to have a conversation but she ignored me then asked if I needed a bag I said yes but she didn't give me one maybe misheard me ? I offered to pay for the bag she just stood there with it in her hand passed it over normally a polite assistant would have put the item into the bag. I asked her if she was upset with me due to how she looked at me. This is the first and last visit to the store and I will be emailing the complaints department as her behaviour was shocking.

I always go to River Island it's my favourite shop in town. Usually, the staff is very nice and polite but today the girl at the till was unkind and impolite looking at me as if I did something wrong. No ?hello? ?please? or ?thank you ? I even told her that she could be more polite. When I was looking for my proof of purchase I asked her to serve the lady behind me she had a different attitude to her. Meaby I have a different nationality but that doesn't mean that I need to feel like I'm threatened by different than other customer

Im not Happy with River Island ordered a size 3 in Beige mules and they sent size 4 so ordered them again there was size 6 in a 3 Box so took them back to River Iland in Burnely and ordered a size 3 in another mule as they had sold out of first one's i wanted the mules come in a 3 Box one shoe was a 3 the other was size 6 dont believe this of River Island not amused, an apology plus compensation would be the right thing to do.

My mum ordered some mule shoes size 3 and they sent her size 4, she then sent them back and reordered only to be sent a size 6 in a size 3 shoe box. Called customer service they said just complain in store. She complained but they said complaints only on the phone so took a chance and ordered them size 3 in store for delivery but one shoe was size 3 and the other size 6. We would appreciate an apology and assurance this shambles won?t happen again. Can you reply to me and I?ll give you her contact details as I?m sure you will want to apologise to her
