Rubbish firm. They expected me to clear a full house on my own as it was a full house fit. Like where would I put it all? They didn't put full underlay on the stairs only on the top steps, it will eventually lag. The fitter asked not to lay underlay at all. I said no lay it. He was on the phone the entire fitting and was talking loudly. He was miserable and they didn't clear away all their rubbish when completed. Now I have to remove it. The shoddy job was done with unhelpful customer care. I need a bathroom lino but I will not be using these. Not happy from start to completion, never use again.

They send leaflets out with one price and when you go down they say they have gone up how can they send them out won't be going again

3 stars because end result good ....... exept mess left !!!!.... customer service very bad need more professional front line staff ..and definitely more smiley .and look like enjoying work carpet fitters ?

Extremely disappointing. Firstly was told the fitters would be with us first thing. Had to ring twice to chase up. The original fitter was of ill and apparently they had to get some different fitters to do the job. They arrived 2 hours after original time. They did not underlay the stairs fully, only the top of each steps ( our old carpet was underlayed fully on each step) leaving the carpet baggy. The landing has bumps where parts have underlay and parts havnt. They have scratched all our new paintwork in many many places so we now have to get the painters back in to touch up. I told the fitters i wasnt happy at all, i rang to complain, nothing much was said other than oh im sorry about that. The fitters left without waiting for an outcome. Im fuming. They left the house a mess, they did not bag up all the bits of carpet. We spent half an hour doing it. Shoddy work, cheap underlay, (when i asked for the best) Will never order carpets from your again. Bad customer service.. Extremely unhappy with the finished product. Will use professionals in future.

It's a good place to get carpet's, rug's, flooring form as well. U all so don't have to pay right a way u can put down a payment and pay so much a month for it. They all so have a second shop right next door that do all sorts of bedroom things as well.??
