I booked my room 4 days before using TripAdvisor for £43. On arriving at the hotel i was informed that there was a further £71.00 to pay. I aaked why & told its the cost of the room for 1 night in mid week. Got no where with the receptionist, so paid as i waant prepared to to travel 2 hrs back home. But will be taking this further aa its wrong in my opinion.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the pub does decent food and generally been served quickly on the 2 times I have stayed. The rooms are quite dated my first stay was on the first floor. The second stay was on ground floor, the room felt damp and when going to check the windows was mould all over it. It made it worse that I'd been put in a family room with a bed made up directly under the window. Curtains had mold on them also. Central location prices but rooms are desperate for an update and don't reflect the price, also premium WiFi was a let down first time paid online and Couldn't connect this week the chap at Reception was very helpful and honest that the WiFi was being looked into and advised not to pay. The place with a revamp would be a great hotel.

Room was clean but did have some damp in the corners , the driveway to the hotel was bad with lots of large pot holes .

Lovely nice hotel within walking distance of the city centreTypical Lancashire welcome, regular visitor to this premier inn,this is another premier Inn that's run brilliantly by the manager Priya and his staff.All the staff are so polite and welcoming,and can not do enough for you.Well done Burnley premier Inn another location that as got it right. Standard premier inn but couldn't get served at the pub alongside so went into town instead. Walk into town is unlit and very dark at night which made walk back after a few drinks very dodgy for footfall.
