My mum has come home devastated after her shop here today. After being watched doing her shopping by one of the younger colleagues in store, I felt distraught being told that she was targeted and followed around the shop today. At one point the security was called over to watch her at the till, this behaviour is disgraceful and unacceptable, definitely won?t be shopping here again.

Visited yesterday for a few essentials. Couldn't find what I was looking for quickly, so I asked a member of staff for help and she went above and beyond to help me! Great customer service and very polite.Was charged twice at the self check-outs for a carrier bag which is why I'm not giving 5 *s - I couldn't find anyone quick enough to rectify my mistake and for 30p I wasn't hanging around to wait.Decent location in Burnley town centre.

Poundland. Everything at Poundland used to be an actual pound back in the day believe it or not. Now, you'd be hard fetched to find something for a pound. It's a discount store, not a pound land.Please follow me if you enjoy my reviews ??
