Service here is 2nd to none! Staff know what they are talking about and are always willing to do all possible. I don't go anywhere for petrol stuff

I?ve been a regular customer, but I?m really disappointed with how I?ve been treated lately. My dog is allergic to beef, so during one visit I swapped 2 or 3 beef pouches for chicken ones, not realising it wasn?t allowed. I was told off ? fair enough ? and I apologised immediately and said it wouldn?t happen again.
Since then, the staff have opened and inspected my purchase every single time, like they?re expecting me to steal or break the rules again. One tattooed staff member in particular seemed to take it very personally, which made the whole situation even more uncomfortable.
I?ve made one honest mistake, owned up to it, and corrected my behaviour. Being treated with ongoing suspicion is not acceptable, never coming here again

Lovely friendly staff, always have time to help. The store is clean and well maintained. There is a moderate choice of supplies for pets, but there is always the option of purchasing online for items unavailable in store.

Always a pleasant experience here, I buy various item's for my pet's here & staff are always on hand to help with queries, great customer service at the tills also.

Excellent pet shop there worming & fle treatments are really good £15 a month for ur cat & dog is great value for mny u won't forget to worm & defle them & it comes through ur door it's a win win I allways go to pets at home I wouldn't go any were els

We took our new puppy Herbie to pets at home on 26/11 for a lead and harness ready for his first walkies. The lady that worked there (I didn?t catch her name, but it was around 3pm?) was extremely helpful in helping me find the right size and fit for Herbie. She said I could try any harness on him before purchasing to make sure we had the correct one which I was extremely grateful for. The other lady at the checkout was also really friendly and made a big fuss over Herbie which was lovely to see. Really accommodating, it?s a 10/10 from us!??
