I’ve been a regular customer, but I’m really disappointed with how I’ve been treated lately. My dog is allergic to beef, so during one visit I swapped 2 or 3 beef pouches for chicken ones, not realising it wasn’t allowed. I was told off — fair enough — and I apologised immediately and said it wouldn’t happen...

Lovely friendly staff, always have time to help. The store is clean and well maintained. There is a moderate choice of supplies for pets, but there is always the option of purchasing online for items unavailable in store.
