When ordering, we made a mistake but padrinos were very understandable and helped sort the issue. Very generous and great customer service!

Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered food from this takeaway for my elderly grandmother, who needed it in order to take her medication. When the order arrived, items were missing, and despite explaining the situation, the staff argued with me for over 30 minutes instead of simply correcting their mistake. There was no apology, no empathy, and certainly no offer to replace the missing food. This level of customer service is disgraceful, especially when someone?s health is involved. I will not be ordering from here again and would strongly advise others to think twice.

The quality has been compromised and getting worse over time. Skimping on ingredients on Pizzas', sending out offers regular but then state doesnt apply to majority of menu items. Ridiculous, please revert back to how you started and focus on quality.

Ordered 45min before for food to be ready at my given time. Went to pick up and ended up waiting another 35min!!! This is the main reason why many of us stick to Santa's coz no pizza shop delivers or gets food ready quicker elsewhere for the quality ? Also the chicken steak was smaller than a strip piece lol absolutely stingy tactic ? nice food but these reasons are enough for me to not give them a try for another couple years

Wonderful just wonderful
Two piping hot 12? pizzas ? delivered to my door in record time. Albeit a Tuesday night when they?re no doubt quiet, but nevertheless hats off to Padrinos for two wonderful pizzas.

Padrinos has always been my favourite takeaway but as prices slowly increased I stopped coming. I have started coming back after a few years and food is at the same high quality as the first time I had it. Back to my favorite:)

What a disgrace this place is. Ordered over the weekend 50 pound worth of food and it was bland. Went for the grill Box which is slithers of chiken cold donner and overdone burnt and dusty lamb peice. Parmesan was suppose to be a tandoori hot but I received a peice of chiken smothered in cheese no hotness or tandoori for that matter. Not to mention the chips were cold and tasted crap.
