The cash machine apparently isn't under one stops management which isn't an issue. I went in to ask why my money never came out in a very orderly polite manner when the lady at the till decide to just start charging at me saying that it isn't her problem and they don't control it. Which then leaves me to ask so is it OK if u tell me who does. She then says get out of the shop and starts talking to another customer without even telling me where I can go next. This sort of behavior shouldn't be tolerated and skin color shouldn't be an issue in the big 2025. Why racism and discrimination are still around I have no clue but every human should be treated equally. She then told another worker to then take me out of the shop. Luckily he had a heart and actually cared and nicely explained to me that I'd have to chase this up with the bank. I'd never wish bad for anybody but No one wants this behavior to be tolerated. I hope you understand my concern

Owner is quite rude, has no respect. Got a snappy shopper through the store, cancelled my meal deal, yes it was refunded but could have at least contacted me to see if I wanted to change it so I could eat. An item was missing from my stuff and when I rang the store all I got was we put it in there, clearly not. The manager was very rude and started shouting at me down the phone.

Good service and no charge for using your card. This shop is a target for shoplifters and I've never been followed by the store staff because of the way I was dressed they are hard to get the attention of due to their work ethics keeping busy. I have used this store for some time and found a lot of deals where I was surprised they were selling it for £140 for 3 so I got one for nothing excellent good's and great range for a small local shop. Thanks for the friendly respectful response I received when I was trying to pick up my parcel which I was unaware of until after 5 day's of it being there. They looked after mine and I found it in perfect order. So thanks again one stop shop

Went in Friday morning with a parcel to send back. Had no return label printed before hand the Lady at the counter was very helpful saved me from having to go back home and print out label came around to the printing machine and helped sort everything out. She's always very helpful and kind. Amina is a credit to the company she works for.

My mum wasn't happy. She paid for a bundle of water. When she left the shop, the manager at the Birnley store came running out after her in front of everyone outside. She went back in and the camera showed that she had paid. He told her that he had made a mistake. She will now not be returning as she was embarrassed unnecessarily. He should have checked before accusing her of stealing water which was only £2.00.

Terrible customer service staff are miserable seem like they don't want to be there n I always get asked for id even though iv been in more than once n they know my face but always keep asking anyway.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The workers treat some customers better just because they come from the same country and speak the same language. It's ridiculous!
