It feels the exact same as ten years ago, mostly boring blue skinny jeans and not much else. All the jazzy stuff was in the sale and seemed to be hidden away. Also most of the changing rooms were closed

Came in store yesterday to buy some boots but was advised of a sale starting today on footwear. Came back to buy them today with 25% off the original price ?? Which meant I could also treat myself to other items with the gift voucher I received for my birthday. Thank you to the lovely staff that served me.

I came into store nearly 2 weeks ago whilst out shopping with my son , I pocked up two items and went to try them on in the changing rooms after trying them on and getting my own clothes back on I then went to look at shoes , then put the clothes back on the rails where i got them from and walked out the store , I then visited two other shops where the last one I was approached and followed by security due to a 'suspicion of shoplifting in newlook' because a certain member of staff took it upon herself to decide that she'd seen me go in the changing room with 3 items which was wrong anyway and came onto with nothing in my hand. Which was a load of rubbish unfortunately I didn't get this woman's name otherwise ide name her . After being stopped a d question by security about this I was utterly shocked and very annoyed I went back to store with security to question this staff member who then turned around and told me I was barred from previous aswell ?? this woman clearly needs re training at doing her job also I rang up to report this incident to the manager who took my details and told me she would look jnto it and get back to me like I said again the beginning this is nearly 2 weeks and heard absolutely nothing. This is a disgrace that even the manager can't even be bothered to do a job and follow something up that I was totally wronly accussed of !!

I came in last weekend for a last minute pair of shoes for graduation and I was served by Jamie, I think? He was such a good sales assistant, really understanding and definitely made me feel relaxed! Thank you for your help! :)
