How can a High St bank be closed on a Friday? It just doesn't make sense, I understand Tuesday as we are still in the dark ages re half day closing!! Banks complain there's not enough footfall well there won't if your shut...off to Accrington where it's open...

These banks behave like a mafia. They take money from your bank and put you in trouble. After a few months, they say sorry, anyone who has this bank should throw it in the trash

Just been into Nationwide to sort Isa's which needed money transferring and depositing from different accounts. We were seen by Vicky,she was a super efficient, friendly and delightful young lady.All done in less than 10 minutes!!Thank you so much. Keith and Glenda.

Good when its open, its just not open very much. So many people walk up to the doors on Fridays and stand there looking at the sign in the window saying CLOSED. What's the point in promising not to close high street branches and then not opening on one of the busiest days!!!!!

Always a pleasure to use the branch. Two counter positions and an indoor self serve machine allow for options for days when I need feel like a bit of human interaction, and the external machine allows deposits if I can?t get in during business hours.Staff always friendly and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I?ve been with many banks in the past but always come back to the Nationwide.

Brilliant service as always from this Branch. I choose to use this branch rather than my official one. Very friendly staff, always super efficient and I love the fact you can call the branch direct rather than a stupid impersonal call centre. Barbara helped me tremendously today.
