Dennis who took our order on the drive thru was so efficient and helpful, we usually have stress when ordering due to multiple allergies but Dennis made it simple and it was no trouble at all.

Rubbish service, food dreadful, staff just stood around in kitchen area.
Food was tasteless.
Been a couple of times and always same results.
But fair play to the lady doing tables.

Ordered via the app, just the 2 items and a drink. One item never arrived. No accountability from the store, the app wouldn?t let me upload the receipt, Twitter help was useless and try finding a UK email address to complain was nigh on impossible. How thick and stupid do you have to be to miss one item from a two item order? I seldom go to McDonald?s anyway and this was the last time. Don?t use the app, and if you have any issues, don?t expect any assistance. The worst food chain with the worst standards and zero interest in assisting people who experience problems. Best bet, go somewhere else (certainly don?t use this branch in Burnley).

Staff are rude and dismissive. If you?re not in the drive-thru, expect a long wait?even if you're just ordering a coffee. Walk-in customers clearly aren?t the priority.
Orders are often carelessly thrown into bags, and the food feels just as haphazard?messily assembled and rushed.
Missing items are a regular issue. This is the only McDonald?s I?ve been to where mistakes like that happen almost every time.
On my most recent visit, I nearly choked because the burger patty was cooked and served with the greaseproof paper still attached. It had fused to the meat and I only realised while chewing.
I was offered a voucher as compensation?but even that didn?t work.
The restaurant itself is reasonably clean and spacious, but the service is genuinely poor?even by fast food standards.

Went through drive thru today. The young guy Jake who took the order and payment was funny and friendly and more than deserved a review. Even when I collected my items I could hear the people in the car behind laughing due to him. McDonald?s needs more ?Jake?s? thank you for making our expensive a fab one. Item was missing out of my order when I got home so not great service from the lady who bagged up the food at the collection window.

Just been to this McDonalds and Dom was very rude, I asked for a plain cheeseburger(completely plain) and obviously it wasn?t plain it had cheese and he didn?t like that we brought it back and told us that we should have told them which we did! Definitely won?t be coming back!

Avoid- this store has started charging customers for dips at 10p each. Meal was nice and good staff but seems abit cheap to be charging for dips

Absolutely shocking sent completely stone cold food out with any sauce on the burger chips are like ive been swept up off the floor there that cold and rubbery rang the store only to get a attitude off the manager over the phone saying its not there problem they are closing and to sort it out with just eat ?... this is the sort of service you should be ready for from this store daylight rubbery in ny eyes.

I went to McDonald?s yesterday and just wanted to say how wonderful the lady on the front till was (I think her name was Olivia). She didn?t serve us but was helping other customers wherever she could, I thought it was excellent customer service ??
