Called in Friday 19th after my son had got a puncture, the tyre was a write off.The guy on the desk went over to get the number plate the returned saying you are booked in at 9am tomorrow. I asked what brand they were putting on, he replied we will sort tomorrow. Personally tell me today and do you have the ones i want in stock? we will sort tomorrow. So i left, the guy behind the counter was very abrupt and rude .
I checked online and 2 tyres fitted with Kwik fit were under £212, when my son went down he offered him budget or the the ones i had requested for just short of £500. My son walked out and we will not be returning to kwik fit.
Very rude and unhelpful.

Came in on Friday (5th September) and the guy behind the desk was very pleasant. I was told to return Monday (8th) where I found the bloke on the desk to be quite rude and abrupt. I drive a NHS van and I don't have any other choice than to go to Kwik fit if I did I wouldn't use them as to be honest this is the first time I've felt them to be rude hence me reviewing this time.

My wife has just been down with a potential slow puncture. Was told we can't look at that as we close in 25 mins. Great customer service. Am I missing the point of what you do down there??

Slow puncture on the tyre, fixed in less than 15 minutes and didn't charge me. Very good service.

I haven't spoken to all the staff, but on the two occasions that I have been in, I have found the staff to be quite rude. Chris, who dealt with me this time, is as arrogant as they come! Both myself and my wife have had interactions with them, and we both hold the same opinions. Avoid if you can. There are plenty of other garages to use where the staff are pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately I have had to visit this branch twice recently for tyre repairs. On both occasions the experience has been perfect. My cars and all our company cars will be using this Burnley branch in the future.
