Made order online, drove to collect and when we drove back home part of the order was missing so had to drive back down. By the time we got back home the remainder of our food had gone cold. Wont be ordering online again

Food always tastes great but every single time we order there are no sauces!! Kfc is our go to takeaway and out of all the times we?ve ordered 9/10 times there are no dips, it?s just expected now that we won?t get any when we order. Not good service with it being so frequent

Ordered at drive through 22.10. 2 cars before us, waited for 25 mins before getting served. Thought they were trying to catch the chicken and growing the potatoes themselves!! Food was mediocre, won't be using again.

Absolutely embarrassing service. We decided to treat ourselves, last day at work for Christmas. We made a near £60 order, you would expect such order to be checked to make sure it?s correct. When we got it half of the items were missing, I also ordered a stuffing stack which came without stuffing, how can you forget the one thing that makes it a stuffing stack. Oh and if you have an issue with your order don?t bother trying to call because they just won?t answer. What a waste of time and money.

Please do yourself a favour, do not use this KFC. I had to give it one star as it?s the only option I got trust me you will be disappointed. My dogs will not eat this chicken as it?s been cooked three weeks ago and they keep reheating it and reselling it. I am now in A&E at the moment with Our. I will be going taking this further.

Don't go here! The service was very slow, food cold and restaurant filthy!
If you have the KFC app for blue light discount then good luck as it never works and the management is a waste of time.

Ordered a sharing meal and it never arrived can't get through to discuss it will not order from this KFC on just eat it said it had been delivered but not to my house so they obviously ask the People for the code
