Terrible customer service. Bad mannered. Took pair of trainers back today and the girl who served us was extremely rude with couldn't care less attitude. Smile for heavens sake. First and last time we ever go in JD.

I bought a pair of shoes and had them on my back for half an hour. I went to exchange them and they didn't agree, they turned me down, the worst possible store I've ever found. You're better off going and buying somewhere else. In my opinion, run away from that store.

The rudest staff I have come across. One poor girl manning the shoes dept while 4 staff were just standing by the front door gossiping and slagging people off because you could literally hear them.
Then at the till we were met with probably the most miserable girl , you could tell she didn't want to be there. I get it, retail sucks , but you chose to work there, have some pride in what you're doing.
I'd rather travel to another store then go in there again.
JD train your staff better , make them happier at work - I don't know - but whatever is going on in that store doesn't work !

Unhelpful girl over phone with a cant be bothered tone. General inquiry was all I dont know, I dont know. Rang 6th october @ 12.45pm. She needs training.
