“I have just spent the night here with a caladinion trip, I let them know in advance I was gluten free, and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much, so I took lots of snacks and some gf pot rices, it I was so surprised, the manager who was an amazing young lady, came to talk to everyone who had dietary requirements, I have like a steak stew, veg and chips, I was assure they used gf gravy and the chips had a separate fryer, it was delicious, oh and soils to start and she got me some gf bread as well, we were served at the table while everyone else had to line up. We got back to our room and it was super cold and our phone didn’t work, so I popped down to reception, she came back up with me and had a look at our heating, as it was cold she supplied us with a plug in heater as well, I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. Then at breakfast there is a list of all of the foods and what they contained, but also what you can get cooked gf for order, again the staff were amazing.”

“We recently had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the Higher Trapp Hotel, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. From the very beginning of planning to the final dance of the night, everything was more than we could have ever dreamed of. A very special mention must go to Megan, who has been by our side throughout the entire process for the past year and a half. Megan is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people we have ever met — her support, patience, and care have meant the world to us. She even came in on her day off just to make sure everything ran smoothly, which speaks volumes about her dedication. Megan, you made our day pure magic, and we will always be grateful for you. We would also like to say a huge thank you to Sheila, who ran the day itself flawlessly. Sheila just seemed to know exactly what we needed, when we needed it, without us even having to ask. She couldn’t have done more for us, and her calming presence and expertise helped make the whole day feel completely effortless and relaxed. In the evening, we were so well looked after by Jamie, who somehow managed to keep everything (and everyone!) perfectly happy and on track, despite a room full of very merry guests! Jamie, you were brilliant and we can’t thank you enough for making sure the evening went off without a hitch. A special thank you also goes to Mia, who painstakingly stuck every single photo booth picture into our guestbook to make sure we had all those precious memories captured — such a small detail but one that means the world to us. And last, but by no means least, Georgia — every time we saw you throughout this journey, you were the loveliest, warmest person. Your kindness and positivity have been such a joy and made every meeting and visit feel so special. The decor, the setting, the food, the atmosphere — it was all absolutely incredible, but it’s truly the amazing team at Higher Trapp Hotel who made our wedding the best day of our lives. We will forever be grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️”

“Just had a lovely stay with family at the Travel lodge Burnley.
The room was clean bright spacious and fresh including the towels. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional at all times, and the location was just perfect for us. The hotel is great value for money and We will definitely be returning again very soon. Thank you travel lodge.”

“It was a budget hotel. Central burnley. Undergoing a refurb. My room was clean tidy and very comfortable brand new bed. Staff were brilliant. Made me a cappucino as soon as i arrived. Fabulous welcome from Tony on reception. Escorted me to my room. Which is old school portering.If your after clean comfy budget. This is exactly what your looking for.”
