I was struggling to find the item I needed and asked a staff member for his help, (Mehnaz). He went out of his way to help me find the nearest thing that the company had. He was extremely polite and very helpful.

What is it with these stores and these stupid headsets spend more time chatting to each other rather than focus on the customer. Today our cashier took nearly 5 minutes to check us out as she was too busy listening to what someone was saying in her ear. These headsets should be banned and focus on the customer as it should be.
