Amy at Holland and Barrett (Burnley) was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service during my visit. They greeted me warmly as soon as I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance. When I explained what I was looking for, they were knowledgeable about the products, offering clear and detailed information to help me make the best choice for my needs. They even took the time to recommend alternatives based on my preferences and explained the benefits of each.
Their customer service stood out because they were patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing the right solution. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and they thanked me sincerely for shopping with them. Overall, their friendly and professional demeanor made my experience enjoyable and stress-free.

By far the most helpful lady in h+b. Great advice, drs are useless, everything is need to know. Take iron to help fight fatigue with food. Well stocked, you pay a bit more but the quality is always there. Top store!

I?ve been going there for years. Mostly for pre-workout and whey protein. They do have lots to offer and there?s always some heavily discounted items at the counter too.Very friendly and helpful staff and pleasure to visit.
