Useless. Went in to sort out a bank account and was told I had to do it at home online. Mentioned I didn't know my online bank details but was told it would be fine. After trying online and I've been told I need to go back to a branch to get it sorted.

Overall good experience on the app , dealing with my last card situation . App messages can keep you well informed with all aspects.Went into Burnley branch to activate the card , which arrived in the post after three day's .Good long hours at the bank, set up activation mid afternoon, 7 out 10 for customer service and general atmosphere . Excellent location .

I came into your Burnley branch today at 1.30pm. The young gentleman seeing to everyone at the main was absolutely brilliant. There were serval impatient and rude customers infront of me and he handled the situation so perfessionally and calmly.You were doing a fantastic job of making everyone safe and guiding people to the correct location!I can only apologise on behalf of the other rude customers and assume they were just having a bad day.Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Majority of the counter staff I have found to be extremely officious. No longer let you pay small amounts of cash into a relatives account due to 'money laundering' and 'reducing criminal activity'.
