Its was very disappointing service
When I handed over my bike for health check and repair the sales person advised me I should get the bike back same day. That day eving I waited for a response back from the store but they failed to make contact.the next day I gave the one full day to get in contact still no reply so in the evening I call customer service they had no news information to give for that same bike other than when it's ready store will get back to you. 3rd day waited for store to get in contact still no response so I went in the store asked about my bike at 1st they did not have a clue but I could see the bike in front of me with the pink label on work to be carried out with the price to repair for a new bike I walked out with the information in hand and carried out the repair at reasonable prices from a local bike shop halfords are a rip off and they do not communicating well shocking service from a big company

I can't speak for other Halford stores but the guys in the bike department here in Burnley are fantastic, they are helpful and knowledgeable and the work they have done on my bike has been first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absaloute joke customer service terrible took my bike in for a 25 point check up at 2.15 they said it would take half an hour 2 hours later still no phone call to say it was ready. Went back didn't know anything about it to top it off they said it wouldn't get done today. That's what you employ kids who haven't got a clue. Manager should be more useful and give clearer instructions. I will never use their services again. My service and repairs will go elsewhere.

Robert (from Burnley branch), you are an absolute legend. All staff at Burnley branch were helpful, friendly and tried to help with what they could do thanks to them all. But Robert is literally the reason I feel secure with riding my e bike, knowing that if anything happens I can take it back and put my bike in his care. The man has KNOWLEDGE bro. Different level bike knowledge. Bro is like a named character in a game. The wise man you go and see when you need advice or guidance on mods. Most people are NPC but Robert is like the guy you see in every movie, you know the mechanic that slides out from beneath a car in the garage, or the Indian math genius who cracks the puzzle, or the old Mongolian wise man at the top of the mountain that gives you a healing herb and restore la you back to life. Listen, you need advice on bikes and bike parts? Then go to Burnley Halfords and talk to the guy who looks like he belongs in a Fast & Furious movie called Robert. Bro really makes Halfords what it is. I recommend the store because I got an e bike and it looks and feels awesome, just what I need to lose weight and commute to and from the gym. Thank you to all at Burnley store. Thanks a lot guys I appreciate you!
