Staff are always lovely first thing in a morning. Thank you Stacey , for going out of your way, to bring a brew up to my work when the coffee machine was out of action and a couldn't get back later . Very much appreciated, you wouldn't get that service anywhere else .

One member of staff serving while the queue is out the door and the others are doing stuff that could clearly wait until the queue is smaller. Another staff member delaying the queue by paying for something for herself while on her break. Sausages ran out, so after waiting 15 minutes in the queue i had to wait another 10 minutes for the food. No management whatsoever.

I went here because the pound bakery didn't have any pasties ready because it was only early. Tell me this though... I know that the Pound Bakery's pasties are smaller but how come you get two for a pound there yet at Gregg's it's £1.65 for one cheese and onion pasty??

My phone was stolen in Gregg's by a thief and I phoned them they said oh instead of telling me that the cameras in store should have it recorded. 150 cash my bank card and the phone. I won't be going back to that shop
