Wow. I was in the salon the day that Mr Brame called and though thought this was an odd request for a haircut for his son for three months time. Is that usual? I don't know! I just found it a very odd request. I heard Alison's very polite response also to call back a little nearer the time. Anyway, no matter, all can say is that I have been having my hair cut sytled and treated by Alison and Ella for over ten years. They have never been anything other than courteous skilfull and above all else professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Escape Hair and Beauty to anyone. Just keep on doing what you are doing ladies.

Phoned to book in for hair+ nails for my daughter. I was told they was fully booked and I explained we diddnt need an appointment for 3 months. I then got told to ring back then! Which i don't understand how because they will then be booked up again. Poor customer service I will use another hairdressers that actually wants the custom!

Alison and Ella were my wedding hairdressers and I wouldn?t go anywhere else for my hair. I even take my little boy now and Alison?s patience has gone such a long way in helping him become comfortable with having his hair cut xx

Recommended by a friend. Beautiful place with lovely decor, and the service was great. Super happy with the result, my hair looked amazing and good advice offered to ensure colour was kept. Arranged next appointment to get colour touched up - my only error was not realising how popular they were and booking in sooner as I have a little wait but that's on me and I'm happy to wait given how good they are.Services: Hair coloring

AMAZING!Not to get too personal, but being someone with anxiety issues, I almost cancelled my appointment but I am SO glad I didn?t!Alison is lovely and very talented, fun to talk to and have a laugh with! The salon itself is very pretty and cozy. I?m definitely coming back next time I want something doing!I went for a haircut and balayage and left feeling like a whole new person. I?m obsessed with my hair!Thank you for your lovely service and the delicious hot chocolate! :)
