Haven't even had it for three days and found out that the timepiece sold to me wasnt saphire mineral cyrstal according to the assistant not going to say her name but I'm going to return the watch get my money back and spend where they don't give disinformation there Me thinking that I'll put money into one of the shops where people who show these pieces get money from what you pay them the other nail in the coffin is that she said that there's a coating of sapphire on the mineral crystal so many nano meters which sounded conclusive now I've recorded the conversation both in my head and phone just wondering how many times she'll deny it untill I say well you see !that's why I recorded it i also said its a deal breaker for me if the watch is not sapphire crystal

Very knowledgeable about each piece of jewellery
Quick and efficient service explained in full insurance and the processes of resizing the rings etc .
Would definitely come back for more jewellery.

Ordered a ring online which turned out to be too big and Zoe was super; she refunded me and then reordered it in the right size ? my partner also purchased me the most beautiful ring with their help. Rang to ask whether a specific G-Shock watch. Spoke with Dawn who checked stock and offered to put to one side until I could collect. When I arrived to collect Dawn helped me compare with other models before making a final decision. Excellent friendly service.
