We visited the store today to buy a new bed, mattress and headboard. Hayley greeted us with a big smile and offered to help. Hayley was very informative and answered all our questions fully. Needdless to say we bought everything we needed.

Outstanding service from Asif at Dreams Burnley!
I visited the store with my young daughter and was quite worried she?d get restless and we wouldn?t be able to focus. Asif immediately put us both at ease. By the end of our visit, my daughter was happily tucked up in a cinema bed, watching TV and colouring like a little Goldilocks who?d tried every mattress in the store (she even got a balloon!).
Meanwhile, I tried the amazing Sleepmatch machine to find the perfect mattress for me. The next day, I came back with my husband, and Asif looked after us just as brilliantly. He has a fantastic way of building rapport?he had us laughing the entire time?and he really knows his stuff.
He managed to get us a great deal on a mattress, pillows, and a protector. In an environment where good customer service can be hard to find, Asif stands out as exceptional. We couldn?t be happier with the whole experience.
I would 100% recommend Dreams Burnley and Asif to anyone?this is the only place we?ll go for beds in the future!

I visited this morning to see what my mattress type would be. I was greeted by a really friendly and helpful member of staff called Haley. She talked me through how the sleep technology works, the different mattress types and let me try some of them out. She also offered me something to drink as well which I thought was really kind as the weather was hot.
Although I didn't make any purchases today due to uncertainty, I will definitely consider coming back in the near future as I felt very welcomed, not rushed and listened too.

During my visit to the Dreams store in Burnley, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by a member of staff. From the moment I entered, they greeted me warmly and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. They listened attentively to my preferences, explained the different options clearly, and even offered me a demonstration of the Sleepmatch machine to ensure I got the best fit for my sleeping style.
What stood out the most was their patience and dedication?they didn?t rush me at all and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. They also arranged a quick delivery slot that suited my schedule and followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything went smoothly. Their personal touch and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable, far exceeding my expectations.

I had wonderful service this morning in the Burnley store . To start I didn?t realise the store opened at 10am , it was 9-20am when I got there , disappointed-at my own mistake - I was just going and there was a tap on the window , a young man opened the door and let me in , nothing was too much trouble, I was offered a drink and looked after very well . I browsed and any questions or queries I had were answered . I purchased a new bed , and was very happy with the customer service . Your company should be very proud of your staff at Burnley .

today we went to dreams beds to have a look and we was helped by a lovely lady called Sarah who asked us about what we was looking for and she was very helpful with myself and my partner Michael and did the lumber test and her colleague called asif made us a coffee and tea but all 3 of the staff was very helpful and friendly i would recommend dreams

We visited Dreams in Burnley , Lancashire today as my partner and I wanted to buy a new bed. The staff were fantastic , we were welcomed by a very friendly but not pushy , young man ( sorry we didn?t get your name) . We were offered a drink and seat as our needs were listened to. We had 1-1 attention, we were not rushed, we didn?t feel any pressure to buy , but we had all the information we needed and bought a new bed and mattress. It was the first sale for the gentleman who served us and together with his manager , they provided an excellent service. We would definitely recommend Dreams.

My wife and I visited Dreams in Burnley and was met by Sarah who guided us through the process of purchasing a double bed base with continental storage drawers, headboard and mattress giving advice on colour options and fabrics etc, with a no pressure approach and friendly help answering all our questions, we made the purchase and the whole process was very professional, I would recommend a visit to this store if you need any help or assistance, thank you, Christine and John
