This is a very good care company. My friends works here and I know that she always does her job to the best of her ability she will go above and beyond. Shazia loves working here and the staff and management team are brilliant.. I would reccomend Domiciliary home Care services if you want your loved ones to be taken care of..

I?ve been working with this company for nearly a year now . Management are always there to support your decisions and always find ways to maintain a balanced work and social lifestyle . Pay is amazing . Flexible hours that allow me to continue my career path, alongside learning new skills that will benefit me in the future. Very understanding workplace . Domiciliary home care does not only prioritise patients but look after their carers and not a lot of workplaces do that !! 100% recommend

I have been working for domiciliary home care services for a while now. The company always puts the patients first and treats carers with respect. I have worked for many care companies before and this is by far the best. Management are understanding and always support you. Highly recommend.

Domiciliary Home Care are a wonderful, caring, loyal, helpful, thoughtful care company.I would recommend this company without any hesitation.They have taken care of my mum from day one, treating her with the greatest respect and care .Emily, the owner goes out of her way to discuss the needs and personally puts in place the right, sincere care.Any requests/ concerns are dealt with immediately.This company has a family feel with it and very personal commitment.All carers become like family and take the time to care , wether it be a friendly chat as well as caring for all mum's needs.In addition to caring for mum they have also helped me as a daughter and given me support and the encouragement to feel relaxed about leaving mum for respite for myself .They not only care and show so much kindness but they see the whole picture and help all the family with the way they think, work and help.Must mention especially Ghazala who is exceptional and is not only a carer but like a nurse as well, she takes care of every detail and notices when mum needs a little more help.I would recommend this company to anyone and only have great praise to say .Just so pleased we found them, a real credit company to the caring world.

Although we did not get to use the services provided by Emily and her team for very long, what we did experience was an amazing service. The care and consideration provided to my father was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring home care for their loved ones.

Great agency my carers are excellent especially Roxy and Shanaz who both go the extra mile regarding meeting my needs.Roxy is very supportive of me when she realises if I feel upset or down. Always makes time for a reassuring chat.

this company is only interested in the money, say they going to do things then don't follow through. If you disagree with the care they are giving they get rude and aggressive and cut of family members. Staff think they can speak to you however they want then your complaint goes ignored. Do not have the best interests of the client at all.
