“I enjoyed my visit to home bargains as I found some real bargains on the day. I enjoy knitting and I found balls of wool here that were a really good price and the colours I was looking for. The only let down was we were wanting a cold drink as the day was very hot. There was no drinks in their fridges only cold coffee and milk. This was a shame and we were a little disappointed.”

Lovely lady, took a little of heightened annoyance off me, but excepted this as it was and took on board to listen to us, well impressed!”

“Fab prices.... even though it is no longer a literal pound shop. (Rather upsetting that the literal ones are dissapearing!) However, I got a lovely pair of jeans cheaper than anywhere else. .. and the fit was so good I went back and bought more. Lovely fluffy socks and my daughter goes barmy for their make up n pamper products. She says they are a good price and quality too. There are still things at £1 but mainly in the sweet aisle and pet aisle. I got some lovely toys and such for the dog at a good price too.”

“Visited yesterday for a few essentials. Couldn't find what I was looking for quickly, so I asked a member of staff for help and she went above and beyond to help me! Great customer service and very polite.Was charged twice at the self check-outs for a carrier bag which is why I'm not giving 5 *s - I couldn't find anyone quick enough to rectify my mistake and for 30p I wasn't hanging around to wait.Decent location in Burnley town centre.”
