Customer service extremely poor. First my husband went in store and was ignored by at least 3 staff stood chatting. The member of staff on till was serving someone else and advised him to speak to them none of them could advise him on an Internet hub that he was looking for and he left the store annoyed. I then went in and saw the now 4 staff chatting and the one remaining staff apologised for not being able to help my husband but sold me an item that wasn't suitable in the end. I told him our Internet hub was broken. He sold us a router.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Currys. Two weeks after purchasing a product, my delivery was cancelled due to the item not being available in stock. To make matters worse, when I contacted the Burnley store, Danny, an unhelpful and overbearing employee, refused to assist me in resolving the issue. His rude and dismissive attitude was completely unacceptable.
The manager, Leon, was unprofessional and unapologetic, showing no concern for my situation. His attitude reflects on why staff members like Danny behave in such a manner. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Currys needs to improve its recruitment practices and customer service standards, as this level of service is not acceptable

I am frustrated with the service and communication from Curry's in Burnley. Didn't get my delivery or rescheduled delivery, they haven't contacted me directly I had to contact the customer service department to even know of this. Going forward 2weeks later my order has been cancelled due to the cooker not being in stock. Absolute joke of a company and service in the Burnley store. I am angry at the fact I didn?t even receive an apology or get offered any compensation after waiting 3 weeks from the manager, Leon who was unapologetic showed no empathy at all and another staff member in particular who was rude called Danny who had asked me if I wanted to cancel the order because I was unhappy with the way this had gone on. This is Burnley Curry's reputation and I will not shop here again or recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service ever!

I placed an order on the 9th of March, and as of today, I still have not received my items. I have called customer service multiple times and visited the store three times since placing my order due to the lack of delivery. Yesterday when I reached out to the customer service team again for an update on my order, I was informed that my order had been cancelled, but I did not cancel it. I went into the store, where I spoke with a manager named Leon, I was told my cooker was out of stock, which led to the cancellation without any apology or anything he asked a colleague to tell me if they could look into this and contact me today.
However, Leon did not address the issue with the washing machine, which also was not delivered. Additionally, he showed no empathy or apology for the inconvenience, making me feel even more frustrated about the situation. It has now been two weeks since I paid for my order, and I was originally supposed to receive it the same weekend.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel that the customer service provided has been inadequate and unprofessional. I would appreciate immediate clarification and resolution of this matter.

Went into store on 28th December and ordered a washing machine. Delivery was arranged for 5th January. Delivery had to be cancelled that day due to the snow (totally understandable). Next available delivery was not until the 19th January. Called to cancel the order (as we ordered a machine from somewhere else as they could deliver the next day), but was told we could only cancel by going back into store. Order was for £440 which included 2 x £1 washing products which were ?free?. Refund received was £429.36? so the 2 x 1 ?free? things (understandably not free when order was cancelled) that we didn?t even want cost us over £10. To be fair, we did forget to take them back when we travelled 30 minutes to store to cancel the order. Disappointed that a national company like Curry?s would take so long to deliver!

Customer service over the phone informed me that my order was ready, so drove all the way to store to be informed they are not.
Nice waste of time... been waiting now for over ten days for this order to arrive.

My wife and I visited Currys on Saturday and required help with changing our mobile phones.
We would like to thank Maddie for all her help from choosing the correct phones to suit our requirements all the way through to transferring all our details to the new phones. She made the whole process so much easier for 2 oldies!
