if I?m busy I do orders to collect which I find quickly too. Great cafe all round thank you.

This is my local hang-out..reasons? Firstly, this is a place you can relax and let your cares fly by. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and well mannered. Always cheerful and courteous. The tables are always cleaned if not busy and if there are queues and busy, they clean them when it gets less busy. This is not just a place to buy a coffee but it is also a place for some as a social reprieve.

I think its a bit pricey for coffee did not get a lot of change out of a tenner for 2 coffees but have to say the coffee was good.

Lovely staff at Burnley within Tesco. I mainly visit on paydays, but if in Burnley will visit.Thank you to all who work here. Clean, professional and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Great vegan cheezecake. Other cakes and savoury food available for different diets. It's definitely getting better to eat out now as vegetarian or vegan. Costa are understanding this.Dietary restrictions: Good for vegans, they're knowledgeable and if you need to ask they will find out for you if they haven't been queried before.

Called in to have a meeting, staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are standard Costa prices. I did mark it down one star as I did have to clean our table and move dirty cups and plates away. I noticed other people were doing this it, too.

Visit fairly often. Usually have a pretty good service but sometimes getting your drink can be slow die to the amount of staff being on, can be a little wait but drink are very enjoyable.Food is average but think this is down to Costa food rather than the store itself.
