Pharmacist made friend of mine who had suffered a stroke and a serious head injury several months previous feel bullied, belittled and victimized because they could not impart their name instantaneously. ( this problem has only started occurring since their stroke) This leading the pharmacist to question whether said friend had " taken anything" which he had not as I had been with them all day and was told this was a red flag to them not receiving their medication. Finally receiving their medication after a barrage of questions and explanations/convincing pharmacist as to the reasons. They have been using this chemist for over a decade and never received such victimization before

Staff rude don't deliver any more, and hardly any stock. All they do is chat to each other and don't help and there's a queue.

Very poor service. The staff often act like you aren't there. It has become worse over the past two years with queues now longer and slower to move.

Friendly service but the pharmacy stock is pathetic. Whoever is charge of stock needs to be replaced as they clearly are not fit to do the job. (Same as Burnley Group Practice, but that's for another review ?).

Shocking chemist

Delivery guy is a star however the operation of the business is shocking. Stock rarely in and length of time to receive delivery can be over a week even for housebound patients.

Found them to be OK. My medication gets delivered If I like. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they're not a friendly bunch, but I don't go in there to chat and make friends. However, being polite and caring should come as standard.

I?ve been waiting for a prescription to be delivered for a MONTH and every time I ring it?s miraculously ?engaged? so I can?t get through at all. Useless!!!!
