Grumpy 2 year old had the best time today at Clarks in Burnley. Thank you to the young man who worked so hard to excite him about his new shoes. You did so well. All of the team there were so friendly. Our lil man was not in the best space for new shoes, but you were so gentle and knew instinctively what to do, to the point that he was interested in having his feet measured!!! Engaging and like a big brother , you did so well. He's so happy with his dinosaur shoes

Visited with my daughter who currently 'is not keen on shoes and will only wear Crocs and Sandals. The young lady that helped us was amazing. She was so positive and reassuring. She was very patient with my daughter and she left very happily with a pair of rainbow trainers she absolutely loves.

Went in with my grandaughter at 4.50pm they close at 5,i asked them to measure mu grandaughter feet and was told they could but would not be able to fit them, I said she already has these shoes so they should be OK. I had forgot what size she was last time but I trusted clarks as they are a very reputable shop. When I got home and told my daughter her size 12g my daughter said mum she was a 13g last time, when we actually tried them on her they were too small, I telephoned the shop the next day and got an apology but I feel let down by clarks, for 1 the way we were told about the shop closing, the assistant was quite rude and 2 for getting the size wrong and having to make another trip to the shop, not very professional.

my partner bought me a pair of black shoes they didn't have any in store when we were there but the lovley shop assistant was really helpful and was able to order the shoes i wanted ?????

I shop at Clarks for my toddler. The staff are very helpful and a lady Rachel is excellent with my boy, always makes him laugh and feel comfortable whilst getting his feet measured. Plenty of choice and variety, nothing is too much trouble.

Never usually leave reviews. But the customer service was amazing! Didn't get the girls name that helped us but she was 10/10. Measured my daughters feet, while looking for boots, she advised us about the boots currently on sale, amazing quality and really cute. Took the time to sit with my 3 year old, made sure she was comfortable and that the shoes were a perfect fit with extra room for growth. I really wish I got this girls name. Amazing experience. Will definitely be getting all shoes from here from now on!
