After my niece got a quote from another company which was way above the value of what they were asking for. ( Niece is a 19 year old carer for my brother who suffers from dementia). I went to carpets4u in the late afternoon as I had used them in the past. They went and measured up and quoted a price that same evening and the price was excellent and they promised to fit the carpets the next day.Everything went as planned, even though the owners wife went into hospital he stayed in touch and the job was still completed with excellent service and results.Couldn't ask for a better owner and company to deal with two vulnerable people who needed their help

Fitted carpets in my living room, dining room, stairs and landing. Did a brilliant job and the carpets are super comfortable. A premium carpet at a normal price! Would highly recommend them and will be going back for anything I need in the future!!!

Provided economical carpets for a buy to let and arranged fitting within a timely manner. Few minor issues were spotted after fitting of which the owner quickly rectified, hence very good customer focused service. Overall very happy with the price, product and the service.
