I rang the pharmacy department and they would not pick up the phone. After a few minutes I terminated the call. Whey can?t they pick up and just say can you give me a minute? at least I?ll understand. Very poor customer service.

Staff friendly enough,but messed around forholiday vaccinations, appointments every thing last minute then cancelled with 5 days to go ,very disappointing.
