The staff I have interacted with here have been pleasant and helpful. I can not find reason to complain towards the staff.However, as a wheelchair user I have often struggled will all Booker stores for being generally unaccessable and unfriendly towards those with disabilities. The doors at the Blackburn branch are especially awful. No Booker store that I've been to has been able to provide a wheelchair friendly trolley either.I can praise the manager her for her intuitive though as we have found a solution as a form of click and collect, however this is not a widely used policy it would seem and overall Booker need to make major improvements to all their stores to make them more accessible to everyone.
