Every bed store needs a Will!
Coming from a sales background myself, I instantly upon approaching dreams bed shop knew that the seller was pushy and on commission to sell the most expensive bed that was apparently on offer! Avoided within minutes.
I then took myself down to prestige beds and was greeted by Will. Will was very polite, professional, and was more interested in my budget and what my needs were and did not try to force a sale in anyway. Will put a pretty good deal together and upon returning as promised because of his excellent customer service he soon managed to resolve a minor issue I had. He was smart and very focused and if you are in any need of a new bed or ideas go and see Will! Every store in Burnley could benefit from this chap! Excellent and friendly. Thanks Will.

Prestige were amazing from the moment we arrived to the friendly and efficient delivery of the products. Will was the salesperson we met who was attentive, not pushy and incredibly knowledgeable. He made our purchase an easy choice. An easy 5 star recommendation.

Needed a bed urgently, rang round a few shops all said it couldn't be done, until that is I spoke to Janine at prestige bedsYep no problem she said and true to her word the bed was delivered and assembled on the day we agreed on. I should also point out all this was done over the phone, and we hadn't seen the bed until after it had been delivered at our mum's , and I am very pleased to say. It was better than we expected!ThankyouJanine and Prestige beds

Janine was great with our requirements for a new bed. Ordered Harrison Spinks. Despite issues with Harrison Spinks, Janine kept us informed and updated. We had a loan bed for a while, and our new bed is a dream. A great sleep and excellent service! Thank you!

Fantastic service from a lovely lady who's Customer skills are second to none. Great advice and assistance with absolutely no pressure. The delivery was of an equally high standard, being within the one hour time slot allocated and executed with skill and professionalism by two very pleasant gents who couldn't have done more.This was our third purchase from Prestige and the standard has been maintained, if not improved, over the years. Well recommended retailer.

Disgusting. Service
We ordered a £2300 mattress from Prestige Beds that was Damaged on arrival the delivery company advised us that they could not speak to Prestige Beds due to how early in the morning it was but they took many photos of the damage before removing it from their van as did I.
After various emails and conversations with Dominic and Richard I was assured of a full refund to date three weeks later no refund and they are now ignoring my emails.
Prestige Beds have admitted the mattress was scrapped due to the way the delivery company transported it standing up all bent over in the delivery truck.
I have now been forced to issue Country Court Proceedings against them for the return of my £2300.

Very bad buy bed here as I bought a bed couldn't even send me the link to set up the financial payment took them five days before even received and then came to delivery the shop couldn't even pack the whole bed as they missed parts of the bed on delivery and thinks I'm happy with the out come no solution just dropped off the remaining parts outside my house because they forgot it. Not a good place to buy a bed from as they would forget half the parts on delivery. The delivery driver was even annoyed with the warehouse not packing the bed without missing parts. As off delivery and failed to deliver a full bed my parents ask for a discount due to the warehouse mess up they turned down and left us as a unhappy customers. So they don't offer no solution for their mistakes they just accept for messing up but don't offer nothing to keep an happy customer.

Extremely helpful staff member, made us feel relaxed and allowed plenty of time to try out all the beds.We came away feeling very happy with our choice and would (Highly Recommend).Can't wait for the delivery.
