Delicious food and great service. The jacket potato was delicious with the chicken tikka filling. I wasn't sure what it would be like, but I highly recommend it. The side salad with balsamic glaze is a great addition to it, too. The cakes are to die for

Perfect place to stop,as it's within Boundary Mills. All that shopping makes you ready for a snack or more. Food is really good and fresh. Does get busy, but is designed to deal with that. Recommended

Jacket potato with with chicken curry highy recommended. Not spicy at all and very filling. Helpful staff members and plenty of offers on. 5* service through out.

Wasted sausage rolls as they were not palatable. Cakes not that good either. Expensive for what it is. Coffee was good though.

Only had coffee and a cake both lovely what made it for me was the service what lovely staff,v helpful had a lovely conversation with the lady on the till she deserves a pat on the back , definitely be back because of how welcoming the cafe was

Always have a coffee in BBs when I bring my grandma shopping. Nice place. Some lovely staff especially Julie. She goes out of her way to help people. She very friendly & helpful.

In one word (pathetic,)went there at 1.10pm Friday ,arrived at hot food section after queuing for 10 minutes ,small poor hot food menu,apart from that sandwiches made with the cheapest fillings and bread you can find,got told that there was no hot food with no reason why (what a joke) had to resort to crud sandwiches,picked out a smoked ham sandwich which was above the smoked ham label on the shelf, when I got back to the table opened it and got greeted with a turkey + cranberry+mayo sandwich (by the way more mayo and find the turkey). within 15 min of sitting down someone on the next table has as a HOT beans on toast delivered, followed 10 mins later seeing a waitress delivering 2 plates with HOT bacon sandwiches.as you can imagine by this point I am fuming.compained to someone in charge of things,and all I got told was they were having problems with a delivery.not good enough,they need to jack it in and get someone in who knows what they're doing ,by the way there were at least 20 people behind us waiting for hot food,do they not not know the concept of putting up signs letting people know they did not have any hot food,STAY WELL AWAY,over priced+crud food appalling service!

Asked for sausage and bacon on sour dough, beans on sour dough toast and sour dough toast and jam. The bacon was streaky bacon so 90% fat and the sausage was full of gristle. The beans had clearly been there days, dry and hard. No butter on anything and was told do it yourself. To top it off not one slice of sour dough bread in sight. All cut batch loaf which was ready to give to the birds it was that stale!!! Absolutely never ever again will we go in there. It was vile! When we questioned staff they said that's what we get given so take it or leave it. Customer service is horrific

On a Saturday how can you run out of bacon.why have scones on menu when you don't have cream to go with it.coffee awful taste, sausages tasteless.

I don't mind it being expensive as it's a treat but the quality doesn't match the price. £6.50 for a jacket potato, that's something basic you should get right. They were overcooked and dry, the filling wasn't mixed properly so the tuna had dried out. The sausages in the sausage barm were very cheap quality. We spent £25 in total and stupidly I never asked for a receipt as didn't think I'd need it but after adding everything up I was definitely overcharged. If I came again id just get a drink tbh.

Really the best baked potato I've had in ages. I realise that's not very complicated but it was exactly what I needed whrn I was feeling under the weather.
