Had to go to the Burnley branch over a very annoying and frustrating issue with Barclays online and also over the phone...I was not very happy! However after spending about 15 minutes with Ruqayyah I was mightily relieved...she was extremely helpful and professional and solved my problem very quickly...if I had been able to speak with her at the very start of my problem then it would've been sorted much much sooner!! I can't thank her enough; very personable and very efficient.

Went into Barclays bank burnley today to get help with my ISA. A lady came down to help us, I was going toclose one and reopen another. She was lovely, explained everything to me and even wrote things down for later use. The lady was very thoughtful and offered loads of help she even tidied my account up and checked my direct debits. While I was there I drew some money out of the cash machines and wow they was great, fast and easy to use. The machine even gave me different notes as in 5s 10s and 20s in which they normally give 20s. If I could give a 10 star review I would do. The staff was smiley and hardly kept me waiting at all. Lovely experience. Tracy x

I had an appointment at the banking hub in Darwen with Georgina from the Barclays branch in Burnley to sort out some account changes. From making the appointment, communication and attending the apppintment, the process was smooth and efficient. Probably the best banking experience I've had for quite a while!
