Absolutely appalling service received from this pharmacy. I am a support worker for a housebound gentleman, I called this pharmacy to arrange the delivery service every month as the said man has no way of getting there. I assumed all was ok & in order after I spoke to the manager Najma. The first month it was due it was late, I had to call up to find out where it was, they agreed it was a mistake & would rectify it and have them delivered, second month the same happened, when I called to find out what was going on I was spoken to very confrontational by the manager herself after I explained who I was & the issue we were having, she replied and said it?s been here a week waiting for collection, I had to repeat myself again and reiterate that it was on a delivery service. I was disgusted at the way I was treated, very rude & obnoxious, all I was looking for was a solution to the issue and I was repeatedly told the manager had worked in the pharmaceutical business for 15 years, I understand people make mistakes but I think in this situation people should be held accountable for nearly causing my patient to go without his medication over the bank holiday.I will be taking this further to CQC & all relevant departments. I think all staff & management at this place need a refresher course in how to do their job & how to deal with an issue effectively & to avoid confrontation.If I could give them 0 stars I would. I?m only here to raise awareness of the poor service we have received.

I have been at Rosegrove pharmacy for about 20 plus year's, and I have found the staff very polite and helpful. I think they work extremely hard and are very busy most times but they still have a welcoming smile on their face.I believe that in certain jobs you get abuse by just doing your job it's not fair, it's not right. And we all should demand respect. And maybe a little understanding and patience goes along way. THANK YOU

I rung up yesterday to ask about my mum's and nephews prescription to pick it up with my mum and someone i think it was the manager said it was there so we went there and i went inside and asked on the chemist that i spoke to someone and they said it was in and it took 2 people to find it and they said that my mums prescription wasn't ready and i asked why did someone told me it was and they said we don't know but we will ask that person as they are on the phone and i said thank you so i waited patiently and the lady came up to me and shouted at me so i had ago at her because she told me that she thought i said my sisters name and i asked her would you like my mum to confirm if i did say my mum or my sister and my mum agreed with me and she DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR BEING ABUSIVE.... I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY SHE TALK TO ME AS SHE SHOULDN'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT SO I WANT A APOLOGY FOR BEING TALK TO LIKE THAT ????

No service, lying staff, very bad delivery service, no pharmasist on Friday pm for a couple of hours so cannot collect anything, used to be open Saturday until 1pm, since taken over CLOSED on Saturday. Stock kept very low, poor excuse for a chemist, more interested in selling handbags and sweets. If I could give them no stars I would.
