One staff in particular needs training on good customer service to help improve her attitude. Everything else is ok. I would probably go more often if she improved.

We live in the area that isn't close to most of the supermarkets (needs driving) and Spa is the to-go place when we miss some ingredients. It's more expensive than the supermarkets of course, but we are happy to pay for the convenience.The staff are always friendly and helpful.Also, there is a self-laundry machine and self-car wash machine there.

Usually have really good experience here, I drop off and pick up alot of parcels...today (17/01) I went in...tried to input my QR code...it came up "printer not working", I told the woman behind the counter...her response..."nothing new there then"...no explanation, no apology...nothing...customer service?

Well stocked convenience shop but beware the fuel prices which are the highest in the area by nearly 20p/litre compared to the cheapest.
