The whole place is seriously under staffed and is being left to fall apart.I've been playing here for years ( poker tournaments.) and the place is getting worse and worse each year.Recently The card room has had a big leak and instead of repairing the issue or at the very least cleaning it up... it's just been hidden behind boards and left to smell, the whole place stinks of mould. The air conditioning is knackered too so instead of fixing they have put fans in place which just blows warm mouldy air around the building. On top of this they have skeleton staff on Saturday nights meaning you have to wait an hour+ for food and 10/15 minutes to get served at the bar. This shows the upper management have zero respect for their staff or Clientele and their basic comforts are being removed for profits.... Sort it out guys, the local Bookies have better standards than Grosvenor Casino Bolton!

I travel from Liverpool every Saturday that I can ,as I know I am going to get properly looked after well run casino professional staff and well run game of poker wether I win or lose I am guaranteed a good relaxing night ,Liverpool can learn a lot from Boston

Not exactly Vegas but for a bit of a gamble it ain't bad. Drinks aren't super cheap but certainly not extortionate for a casino.

Great place for enjoying a night out. But wasn't greeted well by the reception on a weekend needs more hospitality training same with the barman. Stood waiting serves the other person. I wonder if it's the appearance. Comes to my turn wasn't polite no saying the price of purchase just miserable look and pokered face. Defo needs hospitality training.

just visited Grosvenor casino in Bolton today evening around 22:00 . The Lady at the reception was very rude . Didnt see her name . In case the management wanted a feed back .
