I have been using,going to William hill for over 35 years and all over the UK due to work in the past. I would honestly have to say I feel more comfortable in William hill more than any other bookmakers. That being said like all customer service based shops that have to deal face to face with the public, there is also many I have not had great customer service do if I personally find a local one I try to stick to it. This particular one is sound as a pound all the staff are polite helpful and odd one really goes out of the way to sort you out ? 10/10 this one ? so now I just need to pick a few more winners tbh. But 35 years of gambling I reckon the odds are getting bigger by the visit???

Results could do with a revamp.commentary not very good too much chat and not enough info on runners,going or jockey changes etc.

Dont place your bets in this Shop if Lisa ( LARGE PLUM LADY ) with dark long hair she is rude and unhelpful try Ladbrokes or betfred across the road
PS: she was working in the other Whitegate branch 329 whitegate drive this Evening
