Terrible service. Went in to look at and enquire about a new kitchen. 3 Wickes staff members sat chatting to each other, no offer of help or even an acknowledgement which is a shame as we saw a kitchen and appliances we liked. Not the best impression when you are looking to spend a considerable amount of money renovating a kitchen. It's a shame as products looked the part, but staff in store are clearly not interested in doing any work!

Always ask for the receipt as they rip you off.
Bought two lengths of timber (22x100x2400, treated) on 15th of august which was supposed to be £8 each. Checking my card couple of days later I see I had been charged for £64!!
I said I wouldnt need the receipt when asked, so now I have no way to prove I bought only 2 timbers not 8.

Amazing store and staff. Called in to buy some paint for a bathroom refresh. The member of staff was super helpful and so lovely. I always find this store to be well presented, stock availability is good and the prices are fair. I bought my entire kitchen from here a few years back and when I went recently for bathroom paint I remembered why; its by far the best DIY store locally. The staff have always been and continue to be brilliant. Thankyou

Lovely dream kitchen but absolute nightmare when things go wrong.
Unfortunately I have numerous issues with the kitchen and getting it fixed is a nightmare.
The cooker hood has a recycling unit that blows everything kitchens on to the hob and into the food. I received a new one to replace it in Oct 24 its still waiting to be fitted. I asked for a cupboard around the gas boiler and it looks good except you can't take the front off the boiler to service it. I have a neff washing machine with a filter under the plinth I need a small hinged door to access it been asking for months. The shelf underneath the sink is coming apart I have a new one since Oct. The dishwasher has moved back and is out of line with the cupboard beside it. The double oven has moved and the freezer door is getting to the point where I can't open it. The kitchen is lovely but if anything goes wrong it's a nightmare. I can't speak to the customer relations team except by email and they reply when they feel like it. I asked to speak to a manager over a week ago. Still waiting. I need my boiler serviced for the winter and it can't be accessed by the plumber this was pointed out in Oct still waiting. If you can find the same kitchen elsewhere I would advise that you do.

I am still being ignored after 4 months of trying to get these issues resolved. I regularly email customer relations and call customer service. Absolutely nothing happens. No phone call or email response. Disgraceful after spending thousands on a new kitchen.
